Employment support for young people
The help we provide is emotional and practical, as many young people need a lot of support to build their confidence and self-belief. We help them identify their career goals and support them towards achieving them.
The services typically provide similar support to our adult employment services with the same focus on helping address any underlying issues which might be holding the young person back from realising their full potential.
