Smart Works offers a dressing and coaching service to empower women at a pivotal moment in their lives. Clients are referred by job centres, mental health charities, women’s refuges, homeless shelters, and other organisations.
Each client receives a personalised dressing consultation to find a quality interview outfit, free of charge, followed by a one-to-one session with an expert coach for interview preparation.
