Next Us is a year-long programme designed to support Lambeth residents aged 16 to 24 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). The initiative focuses on guiding participants into sustainable careers within the Creative and Digital sectors.
Participants receive personalised 1:1 support from Creative Link Workers to explore employment, education, and training pathways. The programme also offers paid opportunities such as Creative Bootcamps, guaranteed interviews, internships, and work placements—helping young people build confidence, develop skills, and take steps toward meaningful careers.

Participants can typically be referred by local youth services, schools, or community organisations. Direct self-referral may also be available.
