Wheels for Wellbeing exists to enhance Disabled people’s lives by ensuring that anyone can access the physical, emotional, practical and social benefits of cycling.
Wheels for Wellbeing run inclusive cycling sessions for Disabled people of all ages and impairments in South London. Their qualified instructors and volunteers help participants (and their supporters – family members, friends or paid carers) experience the joy of cycling – often for the first time! There are supportive cycling sessions at the Herne Hill Velodrome twice a week, as well as sessions in Croydon and Ladywell see their website for details of days and times. Cycles provided.
