Brixton Wings Strength & Conditioning Programme
The Brixton Wings Strength & Conditioning Programme runs weekly sessions at Brixton Recreation Centre with Active Lambeth. The sessions combine dynamic warm-ups, yoga-based mobility, and strength and conditioning circuits designed to improve:
- Focus and concentration
- Core strength and endurance
- Flexibility and injury prevention
- Confidence and self-discipline
- Teamwork and peer motivation
Brixton Wings, with four London Youth Games medals, uses this program to prepare young people for future competitions, fostering physical and mental resilience to proudly represent their borough. Beyond training, it promotes wellbeing, healthy habits, and the value of hard work in sport and life.
